Warren S. Galloway, Jr.
Owner, Warren Galloway & Associates LLC
Warren S. Galloway, Jr. has worked for some of the largest national and regional financial institutions, including E*TRADE Bank, Charter One Bank, Standard Federal Bank and NBD Bank. He has held positions in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Community Reinvestment, Community Development, Personal and Mortgage Lending, Investments, Small Business Lending, and Retail Branch Operations. Warren works as a Portfolio Manager for the TechTown Detroit SWOT City program. He is also the principal of two consulting firms, Warren Galloway and Associates, LLC and HR Talent Group. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Business at Baker College. Warren Galloway & Associates LLC provides statewide small business consulting services, job placement/employment readiness training, and Pre-ETS services to numerous Michigan agencies and private clients. He has been teaching self-employment, independent life skills (soft skills) and employment readiness training since 2005. Warren is the author of two business related books, “10 Easy Steps to Starting a Business” and “Microloans and How to Apply for a Microloan.” Warren has a B.S. in Marketing from Central Michigan University, and a J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
Anthony T. Harbin

Anthony T Harbin II is an Entrepreneur, Coach, and Mentor. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Entrepreneurship. After graduation, Anthony co-founded a company called Talisone; and this company embarked on an Anti-Bullying campaign by marketing a jewelry line which symbolizes awareness, removing negativity and embracing power. He is the President of Harbin Steel Inc. Harbin Steel provides miscellaneous steel fabrication and Installation services.
Sonya Bernard-Hollins

Sonya is the founder and president of the Merze Tate Explorers, a nonprofit organization founded in 2008 in Kalamazoo with the mission to help girls explore life’s possibilities and publisher of Season Press Publishing LLC. Originally the Merze Tate Travel Club, the grassroots effort was inspired by Tate, a Blanchard, Michigan native who became the first African American graduate of Oxford University in England, world traveler, author, and history professor, among other accomplishments. Sonya used her career as a journalist to expose girls to people and places that would ignite their passions and propel them toward success in their educational and professional careers with Tate as their inspiration. She earned an associate's degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and a bachelor's degree in English from Western Michigan University. Sonya and her husband Sean have four children, and currently reside in Kalamazoo.

Aaron W. Jackson

Aaron W. Jackson is the CEO of House Lions Entertainment Group, a company recognized for promoting community and economic growth. In his role with House Lions, Aaron has delivered value by providing training through his self-designed etiquette classes. He identified a consistent gap between employed and unemployed individuals. He determined that the issue was not solely education, but underdeveloped soft skills and real world etiquette. Aaron’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Business, Master of Business Administration in International Business, and Juris Doctor in Law.
Atty. Michael Lamb

Michael Lamb is a licensed attorney and serves as the President and CEO of Lamb Legal and Consulting Services. Mr. Lamb completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, graduate studies at Central Michigan University, and earned a Jurist Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Mr. Lamb has extensive training and experience in zoning and planning, corporate law, and small business development. Mr. Lamb is a passionate educator of students of all ages and demographics.
Martina Lofton

Martina Lofton is a full service business consultant. Martina graduated from University of Michigan were she received her BS in Business Administration. She continued her education at Walsh College. With her entrepreneurial spirit in high gear, Martina pioneered The Office Professionals. T.O.P was a full line Office Supply Wholesale company in 1990. Compelled to succeed, T.O.P quickly grow into a multimillion dollar corporation gaining many awards and groundbreaking ventures in the industry. With Martina’s “outside the box” philosophy, T.O.P received the Minority Supplier of the year award, and was the first Minority vendor to partner with Office Depot. As a person with disabilities, Martina shares in the success of her clients. Tresa Deal-Galloway

Tresa Deal-Galloway is the owner of Parent U LLC, an educational consulting firm, and EA by Tresa LLC, an event- planning firm. She has over 20 years of experience in event planning, marketing and fundraising. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, and a Master’s degree in Education from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. She also has a Michigan teacher certificate.

Renachantel McClain

Renachantel McClain, LMFT, has more than 13 years of experience working with children and adolescence. She has a successful private psychotherapy practice, where she provides mental health services for children, families and couples. Ms. McClain has a Bachelor's of Arts degree from University of Toledo, a master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy, and is currently working towards her PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy at Amridge University. Ms. McClain has certification and experience in domestic violence, anxiety, depression, life transitions, divorce issues and surrounding changes, blended family adjustment, foster care, abuse and neglect, as well as trauma.
Michelle McDonald
Pre-ETS Trainer
As a college student, she discovered her desire for community outreach by heading up community service projects for her sorority. It was during her first position after college where she found her voice. Michelle began giving presentations on the benefits of public access television. Her company, Sarica Enterprises, manages her speaking and training engagements and is the parent company to her video production company, Sarica Productions. Her goal is to bring her clients’ visions to life. Michelle is a contracted presenter for the Attorney General Office for the State of Michigan. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Public Relations from Wayne State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Film from Ohio University, Athens, OH.
Emmanuel Ogua

Emmanuel Ogua obtained a bachelor’s degree in communication, with minors in leadership and law from Central Michigan University and is currently completing his Masters in communication at Central Michigan University. Programs and offices at CMU that Emmanuel has been a part of include Multicultural Academic Student Services, Office of Residence Life, The Leadership Institute, Office of Information Technology, Upward Bound, and Men about Change. Emmanuel has experience teaching public speaking as well as a first-year experience course for freshman at Central Michigan University. Emmanuel currently serves as the Academic Advisor for TRIO Upward Bound in which he helps prepare high school students for college. Emmanuel enjoys helping students realize their potential and helping them find their passion. His free time is spent reading and hanging out with friends and family.
Akilah Paramore

Akilah Paramore is a communications, public relations, and instructional professional with experience facilitating workshops on subjects such as employment readiness, life skills, and career assessments. With more than 10 years’ experience, her background includes working at multiple public relations agencies, legal marketing for one of Detroit’s premier mid-size law firms, and teaching oral and written communication courses at Baker College, South University, and Henry Ford College. Akilah holds a BFA in Communication and a MA in Organizational Communication and Public Relations from Wayne State University.
Curtis Towns, Jr.

Curtis Towns, Jr. graduated from the University of Michigan in 1998 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in education (with a double major in English and sociology). He received a Masters of Arts degree in adult education and Instruction from Central Michigan University in 2006. He has been an educator in the Detroit Public School System for twenty years, teaching at the middle school, high school, and adult education level. In addition, he is a second year instructor at Baker College in the general education department.
Cheryl Wright

Cheryl Wright is a native of Kalamazoo, Michigan who is an Assistant Operations Manager with B&W Charters, Inc. starting in 2014. Cheryl is also a Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics where she specializes in educating customers on the proper care of their skin. A 20 year veteran in Elementary Education in Kalamazoo Public Schools, Cheryl taught within the classroom and was a reading specialist. Cheryl is a graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Western Michigan University and Marygrove College where she earned her Associate, Bachelor, and Master of Arts Degree. She is certified to teach in Special Education, Math, Science and Spanish on the elementary level. In her spare time Cheryl enjoys traveling to see her loved ones.
